🏠 Register in the upcoming Transnational Citizens’ Assembly on Housing!
EU-CIEMBLY is recruiting participants for its upcoming Transnational Citizens’ Assembly on Housing; a pilot designed to explore how deliberative democracy can become more inclusive, representative and responsive to intersecting inequalities.
The Assembly will bring together people with different backgrounds and housing experiences to discuss access, affordability, insecurity and exclusion. Participants will collectively develop recommendations to be shared with policymakers.
Importantly, this is not an expert consultation. No specialist knowledge is required. The Assembly is specifically designed to recognise lived experience as a valuable form of knowledge, particularly the perspectives of people directly affected by the housing crisis.
We encourage researchers, universities, civil society organisations, housing professionals and public institutions to share this opportunity with their communities and networks.
📅 Online sessions: 16 November, 19 November and 3 December 2026
🌍 Languages: English, German, Greek, Portuguese and Spanish
🎁 Participation: €30 in vouchers for each session attended
📜 Certificate: Provided to everyone who participates
⏱️ Registration: Approximately 10 minutes, free and confidential
A balanced group will be selected to reflect different backgrounds and experiences. Everyone who registers will be considered, although registration does not automatically guarantee selection.
