This seminar aimed to discuss developments (both past and ongoing) in anti-discrimination law resulting from the introduction of the concept of intersectionality into the legal sphere.

The seminar was organised into five main panels, which explored the following topics: (1) The grammar of intersectionality and human rights; (2) Intersectionality in jurisprudence; (3) Intersectionality in public policies and administration; (4) Intersectionality in private relations, especially in the field of equality and non-discrimination; and (5) Opportunities for the practical implementation of intersectionality in Law.

The event brought together national and international researchers.
