Sampling
Process of selecting a set of people from a larger population. In Citizens' Assemblies, various types can be used, such as traditional random sampling to ensure a broadly representative sample from a demographic perspective, or alternative methods, such as stratified sampling, to ensure that underrepresented groups are adequately included in the assembly, thus guaranteeing inclusion.
